What to include

Use the Google account email you signed in with. For pack or payment questions, add the Stripe receipt or the date and amount of the purchase. For a failed generate, add the job or library link if you have one.

Payment issues

If a charge looks wrong — paid but no pack, charged twice, or the wrong amount — write within 24 hours of the charge. The Refund page covers unused packs (7 days if unused), failed runs (video count returned as credit), and taste (not refundable).
