Terms

These terms cover use of Tiny Desk Band at tinydeskband.com, including the Outstanding Tiny Desk AI studio, library, and checkout. Contact hello@tinydeskband.com if you need a copy or have a question.

The product

Tiny Desk Band turns still photos into an Outstanding Tiny Desk–style band performance clip. Output is 15 seconds, 720p, and 9:16, with sound. You can play the file on the site, download an MP4, and share a link. Solo Cast uses one photo for the lead singer. Full Band (default) uses three photos: lead, a keyboard part, and saxophone. There is no free quota and no speed promise.

No official affiliation

Independent fan-made AI video tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, or any named artist or band. We do not claim to be official.

Accounts and uploads

You need a signed-in account to generate. Upload only adults who consented, or your own image. Do not upload children’s photos or celebrity likenesses you do not have rights to use. You are responsible for the photos you submit and for any claim that follows from them.

Packs and payment

Credits are sold in one-time packs from $6.99 for 10 credits up to $499 for 3,000 credits. Each video costs credits by quality, resolution and the number of band members cast; the Pricing page lists the current amounts. Credits do not expire. Listed prices are USD before tax; applicable tax is added at Stripe Checkout (exclusive). There is no subscription. Checkout is card payment through Stripe. Credits can be spent on Solo Cast or Full Band videos. Refunds follow the Refund page.

Results

Generation is an automated job. A finished clip is a new file derived from your photos and this site’s generation pipeline. Failed technical runs return the unused video count to your account. Results you simply dislike are not a breach of these terms and are not refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to impersonate living people without permission, to generate sexual content involving minors, or to attack, harass, or defraud anyone. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or that uploads material we reasonably believe we cannot process.
